Standard counselling fees are:
In-office appointments - $90 for a 60 minute session or $120 for a 90 minute session.
Telephone appointments - $70 for a 60 minute session.
Mobile appointments - Rate as per in-office appointments plus $20 call out fee.
Fees can be paid by cash, credit card, eftpos or direct deposit (direct deposit payments are to be made 24 hours prior to appointment.)
If you require official letters or reports written from your counselling sessions, these will be charged for based on your hourly counselling fee.
Please note whilst I may be available for out of hours appointments due to crisis situations, a surcharge of $20 may apply.
If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, please phone ahead giving at least 24 hours notice. If you miss an appointment without giving 24 hours notice, you will be charged a 50% of your agreed-upon consultation fee. If you are unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to explain the problem and I will waive the fee.
I don't want financial hardship to be the reason someone doesn't seek my help, therefore if you are experiencing financial difficulty or are receiving Centrelink benefits (proof of eligibility required, i.e. Pension, Concession or Seniors Card) you will qualify for a considerable discount off my standard fees.
